JAG Social Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Review Sharks platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including the mobile phone numbers used for SMS review-request messaging.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Client business information — the name, email address, phone number, and business details provided when a business signs up for and uses Review Sharks.
• Customer contact details — the names and mobile phone numbers that our client businesses submit to us so that review-request messages can be sent to their own customers.
• Service data — basic operational records such as message delivery status, timestamps, and standard log information generated when the platform is used.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Review Sharks service.
• Send review-request and follow-up text messages on behalf of our client businesses.
• Provide customer support and respond to questions and requests.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

We do not sell your information. We share information only with the service providers who help us deliver the service — for example, the SMS carrier or messaging aggregator that transmits the messages — and only to the extent needed to perform that function on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@jagsocialmedia.com. If your information was submitted to us by a business you transacted with, we may need to coordinate with that business to fulfill your request.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
