By accessing or using the Review Sharks platform, or by receiving text messages sent through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Review Sharks is review-collection software operated by JAG Social Media LLC. It allows a client business to request reviews and feedback from its own customers, primarily by sending text messages on that business's behalf.

JAG Social Media LLC provides the software. The business you transacted with decides who is contacted, and is responsible for obtaining that person's consent before any message is sent.

If you use Review Sharks as a client business, you agree that:

• You will obtain valid, documented consent from each customer before submitting that customer's phone number to the platform, and you will honor every opt-out request.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and carrier requirements governing text messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• You will provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content, and you will not message anyone who has not consented or who has opted out.

The Review Sharks platform — including its software, design, branding, and content — is owned by JAG Social Media LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every message will be delivered, or that any particular review or business result will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAG Social Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
